Wicked Sweet Treats was started because of my love for baking and making people smile. There is nothing I enjoy more than seeing the excitement on people's faces when I present my creation to them. Below: My favorite, a specialty cake! Vanilla cake generously filled and topped with a rich chocolate buttercream frosting, decorated with assorted shells, jewels, gold coins, etc all hand made and molded from fondant/gumpaste.
Above: Not your average sheet cake! This baptism cake is made with three layers of a rich Vanilla and Custard cake- each layer filled with more Italian Custard and whipped cream topped with a fresh layer of sliced strawberries. My classic Buttercream Frosting finishes it off.
Below: What's a party without a pastry tray?? Sm. Eclairs towards the back: Light and fluffy Choux Pastry filled with Italian Custard Cream, topped with a smooth ribbon of dark chocolate- a classic pastry to top off any dessert table. In the front, we have one of my favorites, Napoleans: Each square is four layers of thin, flaky pastry filled with Italian Whipped Cream, topped with vanilla icing and drizzled with a sweet dark chocolate icing..These pastries will melt in your mouth!
To the Left: A Traditional Vanilla Cake topped (and filled) with a rich buttercream frosting, decorated with beautiful mini handmade roses.
Below: Every woman's favorite mix.. Chocolate Cupcake filled with a rich peanut butter filling, topped with a delicious peanut buttter/ buttercream frosting.
Below: Death By Chocolate is what they wanted- Death By Chocolate is what they got! Dark chocolate cupcakes topped with, you guessed it, dark chocolate frosting!
